The online EU International Partnerships Academy provides free access to 26 different learning topics, ranging from agriculture, budget support, disability, fragility, food security, trade and gender.  The learning courses have been developed for practitioners in international development, such as EC staff and partners based around the world, but many are relevant for Civil Society activists in the Eastern Partnership.  So, we encourage you to have a browse….

You’ll need to create your own ‘log-in’ details, but then you’ll have access to a growing library of resources.  Some of the courses provide several hours of learning, but others are short and smart introductions to development topics.  For example, if you’d like to understand what the Human Rights Based Approach is, you can find out in less than 5 minutes through the Academy’s excellent video tutorial.
