Opendatabot is a service in Ukraine, providing access to some of the open data of Ukrainian authorities to citizens. Aleksey Ivankin, a co-founder of the service, provides an insight on how such open data can be used in creating your project and what issues you are expected to overcome throughout the process. His colleague, Darina Danilenko, who is a Head of Communications at Opendatabot, emphasizes the importance of communication in creating and advertising your new product.
